As part of the application process you are required to verify the applicants identification.
If there is nothing is showing in the drop down boxes for Identification Confirmation and Primary Qualification Verification it means that the applicant has not uploaded the documents.
To overcome this issue you can request the applicant to upload these documents in their applicant portal or personally add the documents to their profile.
