After Applicant uploads all mandatory documentation and ready to get on board as a Member, here is what recruiters need to do.
Go to Applications option in the header and Click on Incomplete Applications.
Then select the Applicant from the list.
Clicking on the Applicant's name will take you to the screen below and then Click on Recruitment
Once all documents uploaded by the Applicant are reviewed by the recruiter, go to Appointment tab highlighted in the screenshot below and change the Applicant status to ACCEPT and click on Save and Exit.
Clicking on Save & Exit will take you to the screen below. Then click on Employment status and make the person Active
Change the Employment status to Active and fill in all the fields and Save.
Then the Applicant will receive an Email with Member Login details to Access the Members App and Portal.
