When previously confirmed bookings AKA EntireHR bookings with shift status is Member Accepted or Shift Booked) is cancelled by client the following process will occur:

1. RCSA will notify you via email and/or phone call

2. The booking will appear at the top of the Finalise section as Client Cancel

3. Agency (i.e. C4U) advise Agency Staff of Cancellation (i.e. Jane Doe)

4. Agency confirm & notify RCSA that Agency Staff has been advised of cancellation by:

a) Selecting the shift to lock it + Selecting Shift Cancelled from the dropdown list

b) Updating the booking's shift status by selecting Status Icon
