EntireHR has the ability to control what documents show to Applicants in the portal based off of their qualifications.
When a document is not showing on the applicant portal it is most likely due to the document not being linked to the qualification of the applicant.
To review and update the linking of documents to a qualification please follow the below steps.
1. Access Masters > Member Master > Qualifications / Classifications
2. Select the next to the qualification to review/update documents
3. Select the box next to the document(s) you wish to link to the qualification
4. Click Save once you have selected the document(s) to link
