To set the Mandatory/Must comply fields within the Recruitment Stages please follow the below steps. To find out more information regarding the Mandatory/Must Comply Settings please visit: Mandatory and Must Comply

1. Select Masters > Member Masters
2. Select Recruitment Stage found in the third column from the left

3. Within the Recruitment stages select the Edit Pencil Icon for the Stage you wish to adjust.


4. Adjust using the drop down box, if Yes is selected it means you would like to make this stage either Mandatory or Compliance required or both. If No is selected the Stage will not be Mandatory or Compliance Required.
5. Select the Green tick to save changes.
