To create an email template for Client Portal Notifications please follow the below steps.

Part 1. Create an Email Template Type

1. Select: Masters > Email Template Type

2. Select Add New Email Template

3. Enter in a Template name i.e. Client Portal Alert and the Template User Type as STAFF

Part 2. Create an the Email Template

1. Select Masters > Email Templates

2. Select Add New Email Template

3. Add in the mandatory fields and email body within the template and hit Save.

Once the template is saved and active within Masters you can continue with activating the Auto notification within the Online Permissions.
