To edit or create a new Reason of Contact for the Contact Log please follow the below steps.

1. Select Masters in the Main Menu.
2. In Main Masters select Reasons (Personnel) found in the middle column.
3. Expand the CRM Reason Group
4. To edit a previous reason select the pencil icon
    To Add a new option click Add New SubGroups with reason.

Note: The Subgroup can only be Applicants, Clients, Staff or Members.
