If your members aren't receiving your push notifications/SMS's, they may of accidentally changed their notification settings in their app. This can happen when their phone prompts them if they want to accept notifications or sometimes from a new phone software update.

To check notifications for your members, or to TURN ON/TURN OFF Push notifications and SMS notifications using the Members App see below:

  1. Tap on the three "little iii's" at the top left of the screen. This will take you to "more options".
  2. Tap on the settings menu option, 4th down from the top. 
  3. You should see "About" & "Notifications", tap "Notifications. 
  4. You will see options for both SMS & Push Notification, check that both alert options are set to green (enabled).
