Please read Company Policies help article prior to carrying out the below steps.  


How to add a new Policy


1. Access Masters > Member Masters > Company Policies.

You will be directed to the Compay Policies Master.

2. Add New Policy

3. Enter Policy name and upload the file

Click the green tick icon to save.


You can create policies as Inactive if you want to set them up prior to getting Members to Read and Sign. This can be handy as it allows you time to upload policy files and then choose a date/time when you wish to activate them all. 





How to Edit a Company Policy


Only recommend when changing previously uploaded policies due to display/grammatical errors or if you are wanting to activate a new policy for the first time.


1. Access Masters > Member Masters > Company Policies.



2. Select the Pencil next to the policy

3. Update the file or status

Click the green tick icon to save.

Note: You are not able to update a Policy Name once it has been created.
