To contact Members in bulk via SMS, Push notification or email please follow the below steps.
1. Click on 'Contact Member' found in the footer on any page of the platform.
2. Review and apply any applicable filters and select Display Members
3. Select the Members you wish to contact.
Handy tip: The top tick box selects all entries below.
Please note: You may need to repeat the below action if you have more than the maximum page limit of members to contact. To expand your page and access additional pages of members please refer to teh below screenshot.
To send an SMS or Push notification
1. Click on Send SMS
2. Choose a template to preopulate the message body or enter custom text in the message field.
3. The final step is to choose if you want to send the message via a SMS or a Push notification.
Please note: That if a member has not downloaded and logged into the app the Push Notificaiton option will not work as there is no App tikent registered to their profile yet.
To send an Email
1. Click on Send Email
2. Choose an Email Template and make an necessary updates to the Subject, Body and attachements.
3. Select Send Email
