provider Rackspace will be carrying out important server maintenance scheduled
to take place in the coming weeks.
The first of
these maintenance tasks are set to take place this coming Saturday.
Saturday 17/OCT/2020
at 1:00am – 4:00am AEST
Whilst
carrying out this scheduled maintenance, you should
not experience any system downtime as the scope of work sees little to
no impact.
We must,
however, remind you that all changes to an online environment carry an inherent
level of risk associated with them and that undesired/unanticipated impact on
the environment is always possible.
The second
and final maintenance task is set to take place the following Saturday.
Saturday 24/OCT/2020
at 1:00am – 4:00am AEST
Whilst
carrying out this scheduled maintenance, you may experience some system
downtime as the scope of work may require the powering down of
servers.
We highly
recommend using our ‘Download Bookings’ feature in preparation for this
