Shift documents have to be uploaded from the allocations screen as shown in the screenshot below. These documents are once off for that particular shift only. 







Client Location documents attached to the client details page will be shown to all members working at that particular client location only. Refer to the screenshot on where to attach the Location documents. On Staff-Portal Select a Client >  Documents Tab > +Add New Document 






(Example: SOP for that client location can be attached here. So that, all members who are going to work at that location can view them in their Apps). To show the Location documents, the settings have to be enabled in Online permissions tab as shown in the screenshot below.







In members App. Location documents are shown under and the shift documents are shown under the
