Request and Restrictions allow you to apply; "requests" or "restrictions" for Members and Service/Delivery Locations.

To enter in a Request/Restriction follow the below steps.

1. Select the Restrictions bobble

2. Click on the Requests and Restrictions tab.

3. Search and select the member from the drop down box.

4. Click on Add New Request and Restriction

5. Fill in the required fields ensuring you select whether it is a Request of a restriction in the Requests/Restrictions field.


Please note that the Service location list will display locations linked to the same office as the Member. If you wish to expand this to add in a entry for a location in a different office please select 'All Clients' as shown below.

*It is important to be aware that you need to leave the delivery location field blank if you are wanting to add an entry for a member for the whole service location.*
