Here you can learn how to transfer your current staff/client database into entireHR providing you follow a specially formatted excel sheet. 

You will need to contact your entireHR representative for this excel sheet, which changes depending on the information you wish to import, see below for a list of what information can be imported. 

  1. To begin, open your entireHR Finance Login. Go to Tools and Select Import / Export Profiles

  2. Select the data type you wish to import. Click Browse file to select the appropriate file. If there are no errors in the file you can click Confirm Transfer.

Import Applicants From Excel:
This imports basic applicant data straight into the recruitment inbox, where it can either be imported to a full member or left for recruiters to manage from here.

Note: not all data is able to be imported directly into entireHR. Please contact your entireHR representative for further clarification.
