To access and run the logged-in Member details report please follow the below steps.
1. Access Reports > Mobile App User Login Reports > View App Logged in Member Details
2. Apply any filters using the boxes below each column header
Please note: We do our best to keep both apple and Android the same version however this may not always be the case. To ensure that all members have the latest app version for their device we highly recommend applying a filter for both Apple and Android separate.
3. Reviewing Members App verisons
If you are wanting to review that all members have the latest app version please use the App Version Column and apply a filter.
For Example the lastest App version for Apple deviers might be 2.5. We can enter in 2.5 and then use the filter option of Less than to see a list of all members who have an older app version.
