Casual Application Page Settings Review

The casual application page is where applicants submit their application. This page is designed to capture key details and information of applicants to assist in your initial screening. This page has many dynamic fields and it is important to review and ensure these are clear and correct prior to using it live.

Screening Guidelines Review

The Screening Guidelines are an optional field that is designed to be used as a guide/checklist for internal staff to follow when carrying out an initial screening of an applicant.

The purpose of this is to ensure that all Recruiters are following the same process and can assist in ruling out unsuitable applicants early on in the process.

Interview Guidelines Review

The Interview Guidelines are designed to be used as a guide/checklist for the recruiter to follow during or after carrying out an interview with an applicant.

The purpose of this checklist is to ensure that recruiters are completing and checking every stage of the process prior to activating a member.

Email Template Review

Throughout the recruitment process, EntireRecruit has the ability to send emails directly from the system to Applicants and Referees. For efficiency and consistency purposes Email templates are used, however, you can preview and adjust the templates prior to sending if required.

We recommend reviewing and creating your own templates to align with your business-specific processes prior to going live with using the recruitment module.

SMS Template Review

Text messages can be sent to applicants and referees through EntireRecruit. Messages that are sent regularly can be created as Templates to save time when communicating to Applicants and Referees.

We recommend reviewing the default templates and creating your own templates to align with your business specific processes prior to going live with using the recruitment module.

Document categories and template review

Within EntireRecruit there is a specific structure for Documents that are uploaded to Applicant or Member profiles. Similar to how documents are stored on a computer, each document template is created under a category to help group similar documents together. This structure is designed to assist you with maintaining quality control over the type of documents uploaded and the location in which they are stored.

It is recommended that you review each category and ensure all document types are captured in your masters for storing applicants documentation.

How to link documents to qualifications

EntireRecruit has the ability to control what documents show to Applicants in the portal based off of their qualifications.

When a document is not showing on the applicant portal it is most likely due to the document not being linked to the qualification of the applicant.

It is recommended that you review each qualification to ensure only the documents you want to display are selected.

Please email support@entiresoftware.com to find out more about hiding the optional fields.
