Agency Workflow

Disclaimer: This article has been created specifically for the RCSA - Surge Workforce Program and may not apply to current EntireHR client systems.

The main filter is a semi-permanent filter that works to apply what shifts appear within the allocations screen. It is specific for each user and the fields set will stay saved even when you refresh the browser until they are updated.

The available options to filter the allocations screen are:

By Period (Mandatory)
This option controls the date range of shifts shown in the allocations screen.
We recommend have this set to "Today and Future" when filling outstanding staffing requests.

By Member (Optional)
This option allows you to filter the shifts shown in the allocation screen by Member(s).
Please note that a member must be assigned to a shift(s) for the filter to show this within the allocation screen.
By Service Location (Optional)
This option allows you to filter the shifts shown in the allocation screen by Service Location(s).
This can be handy when you are working on shifts for a specific service location(s) as the filter will only show these locations even after refreshing the browser.

By Client Group (Optional)
This option allows you to filter the shifts shown in the allocation screen by Client Group(s).
A client group is a custom field in the system that provides the ability to group locations together.

By Industry Type (Optional)
This option allows you to filter the shifts shown in the allocation screen by the industry set at the Service Location.
Please note if you have a single industry in the system this option is unnecessary to set.

By Servicing Office (Optional)
This option allows you to filter the shifts shown in the allocation screen by the Servicing office set at the Service Location.
This can be handy if you have users working in separate offices.

By Visible completed Section (Optional)
This option allows you to show/hide shifts that are sitting within the completed section, if it is set to Yes the system will show all shifts sitting in the completed section.

By Staff (Optional)
This option allows you to filter the shifts shown in the allocation screen by the user that internal user that entered the shift.

By Single Shift Per Group (Optional)
This option allows you to minimise single shifts within the same booking ratio into a single row on the allocations screen. This can be handy when you have large staffing requests as it reduces all the shifts to a single entry on the allocations screen.
The settings that control the Client allocations screen are found within the red box highlighted below.
