Within the Casual Application page, there is a field labelled "Availability"

This field is designed to capture the applicant's availability to assist recruitment staff during the initial screening of their application. Each option can be customised to suit your availability categories and applicants can select one or more options in the drop-down list.

To view and update these settings please follow the below steps.

1. Access Masters > Main Masters > Employment Type

2. Review your active settings

3. To edit or inactive any select the Pencil icon.

4. In the editor screen, you can update:

Description - What is shown on the application page
Display sequence - Order in how it shows in the drop-down list
Status -  If Active the value will show on the application page if set to inactive it will not show.

Please note: Do not update the employment type.

To create a new option select the + Icon.
