Within the Mobile App Members are able to view, update and upload documentation that has been authorised within the Document Master. To learn more about Document settings within the Masters please visit: Document Master Settings

To access and update documents via the Member App please follow the below steps.

1. Select More Options found in the top left

2. Scroll down and select My Documents



3. To view a previous uploaded document tap on the document.



4. To upload or update a document select the + sign found in the top right hand corner.



5. Select the document type and sub document name from the drop down selection.



6. Enter data in any mandatory fields. Note: If it states (optional) your are not required to enter data.

7. Select the picture icon to take a snap and attach an image of the document.


8. Once a snap of the document has been taken select Upload in the top right hand corner.
